According to popular legend, the first name to discover coffee is an Ethiopian shepherd. His name is Kaldi and he he used to graze his sheep in nature every day. One day, he observed different things while watching the goats grazing on the slopes of the Ethiopia. The goats were eating fruit, and after eating this fruit, they were alive and moving.Kaldi was impressed with this incident and picked up the fruits, but chose to boil the fruits. As a result, coffee appeared. In the early days the clergy consumed coffee to worship more in Yemen. Coffee , spread to the Islamic world with the hands of merchants, became a popular drink.
The spread of coffee to the world
In 1650 the Turkish merchant brought coffee to England and played one of the biggest roles in the recognition of coffee. By 1700, about 500 coffee houses were opened in London and the number of coffee houses in the UK was around 3000!
